South Africa…..opportunity awaits
"There is a strong sentiment that the property market in South Africa is starting to show signs of recovery. Renprop residential one of the leading real estate firms in the Gauteng area have backed this sentiment with a release of their comparative year on year sales results. Johannesburg property along with Fourways property have showed a positive upswing.

Who knew
Having recently moved here from the UK I was pleasantly surprised at the value of rather large properties in South Africa. The space that I had back home was not even a quarter of the size of the johannesburg property that we own now.
I know that lots of people might feel that South Africa is too unstable at the moment but that is exactly what a growing democracy is, people voicing their dissatisfaction with poor services. The opportunity to grow a new business has never been better and our venture has been growing from strength to strength. The South African government is all too happy to assist new business as it helps to alleviate their unemployment figures.
